If the merchandise you purchase is in stock, it is guaranteed to be shipped the next business day, after which its delivery can be tracked through the FedEx, DHL, USPS, & UPS websit, orders shipped via FedEx Ground & UPS Ground arrive in 4-6 business days.
- Billing, Refunds & Credits
- Payment for orders may be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. Refunds for returned products are issued as soon as we received by our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus applicable shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
- Order Status
- You will receive an order status update message on your account once your order sent out. You will get a tracking number and the tracking URL. And you can track the delivery status on the tracking site.
- Payment Policy
- It is much safer and easier to check out via PayPal. We will ship to confirmed PAYPAL address. Please make sure your payment address in your PayPal account is correct.
- Exchange Procedure
- Use return procedure to request an RMA for the product you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new product. If there is difference in price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.
